Lydia is very artistic and a perfectionist at skin care. Although I see her only for permanent make-up (and touch-ups), she is glad to dispense useful advice for skin, including review and instruction for proper use of the skin products and make-up that I own.
I highly recommend Lydia’s permanent make-up “brow” work. I had overly thinned out my eyebrows over the years and now I no longer need to pencil them in every morning.
Beyond the level of service, I have to add that the Beauty Nurse offers one of the best values for money.

Lydia is a jewel. Her care and compassion for her clients is unmatched. When you go for a treatment, you are not being ushered into a factory like quick facial. Instead you have a full relaxing experience while getting the gift of years of experience.
Lydia’s expertise as an RN and esthetician is apparent in every treatment from beginning to end which not only includes a relaxing facial but a soothing calming hour of TLC. No matter the issue, her guidance has kept my skin in top condition. I would not trust my skin to anyone else.

I don’t trust my skin to just anybody, especially my face. I have very fair, sensitive skin which makes treatments difficult, but Lydia aka The Beauty Nurse always does a careful yet thorough job. She’s a licensed RN and along with facials and waxing she does permanent makeup, chemical peels and other medspa type procedures.
The treatment room is very serene and comfortable, and she always has great music playing to center myself. The facial I usually have done is a lovely hour of aromatherapy, massage and music, which sometimes stretches to 90 minutes – seriously worth the price, which is very reasonable. I highly recommend your next facial from the Beauty Nurse!!
